Glenn Jacobs, aka Kane of WWE, takes home Knox County mayoral race

Jacobs, 51, had nearly two-thirds of the more than 80,000 total ballots cast, according to Knoxville ABC affiliate WATE. OAS human rights body counts 317 dead in Nicaragua unrest

The human rights arm of the Organization of American States said Thursday that 317 people have been killed during violence surrounding anti-government protests in Nicaragua that began in April.
