Environmental crews work on bourbon barrel spill

NELSON COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ)- Environmental crews are working through the weekend, testing a Nelson County river that bourbon spilled into on Friday. A Barton 1792 rickhouse partially collapsed affecting about 9,000 barrels of bourbon. One of the water testers tell us several barrels fell into a river about 250 feet away some broke and spilled. Firefighters compete in firefighter combat challenge

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ)- Lexington firefighters are competing in the inaugural Scott Firefighter Combat Challenge. According to organizers, hundreds of local, regional, and nationwide firefighters are taking part. Lexington Fire department hosts Brenda Cowan Fire Camp

Veterans march 22 miles for veteran suicide awareness

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ)- The weather held for the most part today as a crowd marched and biked from Keeneland to Camp Nelson in Jessamine County. It was the Mission 22 Ruck March.
