Canada to legalize marijuana on Oct. 17

TORONTO (AP) – Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau says marijuana will be legal nationwide on Oct. 17. Trudeau said in Parliament on Wednesday that the government is committed to better protecting Canada’s youth and hopes to draw money away from organized crime. Jury hears DNA evidence on fifth day of trial for men accused of murdering marine
